Clean the Spills and Burned-On Food

  Step1.

  Allow the cooking surface to cool down.

  Step2.

  Remove dried liquids and burned-on food with a suitable metal scraper for glass-ceramic cooktops. 
• 
  Step3.

  Put a few drops of a suitable cleaner on it and rub it on with non-abrasive sponges or soft cloth.
• 
  Step4.

  Wipe the glass-ceramic cooktop with a damp cloth and dry it with a clean cloth or paper towel.

Everyday Cleaning and Touch-Ups

• Step1. Dilute a mild detergent, such as dishwashing liquid, with water, and spray it over the surface.
• Step2. Use a soft sponge or a damp towel to clean the cooktop.
• Step3. Restore the cooktop’s luster with a soft, dry cloth.

Important Tips

  Clean your Kanger glass-ceramic cooktop regularly, preferably.

  Every time you use it. Avoid using abrasive sponges or sanitary appliance.

  Before cooking, make sure the bottom of the pan or pot is clean and dry.

• 3.

  Lift up your cookware when movingthem around on the cooktop to avoid scratches.

• 4.

  Before you know it, plastic, sugar or sugary foodhave fallen on the hot glass-ceramic cooktop. Please scrape it off the hot surface as quickly as possible. If these substances melt, they can damage the glass-ceramic cooktop. (Be careful not to bum yourself!)
